Biblical Leadership Impact

Truth about your organization...

Here is a truth about most organizations... The executive team and/or key personnel have certain action items they enjoy most about their role and prefer to dedicate to those alone.

Optometrists prefer to do exams and interact with patients, Pastors enjoy preaching and teaching, Retail executives enjoy studying the KPI's, etc.

However, in principle there is a business side to all organizations!  The more the organization scales, then the more moving parts are required.

The "Bad News"...Ignoring them or "entrusting" them completely in the hands of others is not true leadership.  It IS a recipe for gaps that will open your organization to disaster or at very least restrict your influence and impact.

The "Good News" (Pun intended) ...with good Leadership Training and Coaching, you and your organization can THRIVE!

Scheduling, Designs, and Next Steps

Delivery Formats and Learning Methods

Leadership Building Partners works directly with leaders to design a training plan that fits their calendar and context.

Begin with a free ministry needs assessment that informs a tailored curriculum—options include concentrated leadership intensives, ongoing cohort coaching, or a series of topical workshops. Sessions can be scheduled on weekday evenings, Saturdays, or as weekday retreats; virtual cohorts are available for multi-site teams. Contact us to request a proposal, discuss group sizes, and arrange a site visit or virtual briefing.

Learning Modalities

  • Visual: Processing information through images. Learners rely on graphs, maps, charts, color-coding, and diagrams to synthesize concepts.
  • Auditory (Aural): Processing information through sound and speech. This involves lectures, podcasts, group discussions, and reading notes aloud.
  • Reading/Writing: Interacting predominantly with the written word. This mode favors text-heavy formats, manuals, reports, and traditional note-taking.
  • Kinesthetic / Tactile: Learning by doing and experiencing. This includes hands-on experimentation, physical movement, role-playing, and handling physical objects.

Levels of the Learning Pyramid

The pyramid splits learning into passive and active methods. Retention rates increase as learners become more engaged.

  • Lecture (5% retention): Listening to a teacher speak.
  • Reading (10% retention): Looking over text or books.
  • Audio-Visual (20% retention): Watching videos or listening to audio.
  • Demonstration (30% retention): Watching someone perform a task.
  • Discussion Group (50% retention): Talking and debating about the topic.
  • Practice by Doing (75% retention): Hands-on application of knowledge.
  • Teaching Others (90% retention): Explaining the concept to someone else or using it immediately.

Virtual and In Real Life (IRL)

Offerings are available in-person at your training center or as live virtual sessions that include breakout groups, real-time coaching, and recorded resources for follow-up.

Formats include half-day workshops, full-day intensives, multi-week cohort courses, and customizable on-site trainings.

Every session pairs Biblical foundations with practical exercises, ministry case studies from congregations, peer coaching circles, and post-workshop implementation templates to ensure learning translates into sustainable ministry practice.

Our suite of services includes leadership assessments to identify strengths and growth areas, cohort development for peer learning and accountability, implementation support to embed new practices, and flexible designed curricula.

Engagements begin with a diagnostic assessment and a co-created implementation plan, followed by coaching cycles, cohort facilitation, and measurable checkpoints.

Every recommendation is evaluated for sustainability and alignment with Scripture, and we provide tools to track outcomes using a pre and post assessment in key areas of Leadership.

Leadership Building Partners is exactly THAT!  We partner with you for strategic applications and individual goals. This is an ongoing partnership with God at the center.
